Jean Guo is the CEO and Co-Founder of Konexio, a social startup that promotes the socio-economic inclusion of vulnerable populations, including refugees and the young and unemployed, by offering quality training in digital skills.

Working at the intersection of innovation, inclusivity, and social impact, Jean Guo is the CEO and co-founder of Konexio, a social startup that promotes the socio-economic inclusion of vulnerable populations, including refugees. The core insight underlying Konexio’s work is the growing market demand for digital skills means that bridging the digital divide will be key in solving unemployment. In 2016, Konexio started as a group of volunteers with no budget and a small neighborhood program. Under Guo’s leadership, Konexio now employs a staff of 35 with a $2M+ budget, and operates programs across France as well as internationally.
